about 2.5 miles in ~25 minutes! The timer on my watch stopped at some point so I believe I was running anywhere between 22 and 25 minutes!

22 minute jog with my sister~ 2.18 miles

bent over row w/ barbell

Definitely felt great starting my morning off with a run outside on a beautiful day and some lifting! Off to shower now and then go outlet shopping with my mom & sister. This is turning out to be another great weekend.. I can only think of one thing.. or person, that could make it better :)
= awesomeeee- last class of the session..improved by over 200 reps from our first class! Basically hauled ass the entire time..or tried at least lol!
Then we went out for drinks/food after class which was super fun.

3 sets of: 3 negative pull ups with a 10 second release, 1 minute plank on a medicine ball, and 30 russian twists

Felt pretty damn good & sweaty!
5 rounds of 12 reps of each exercise:
squat w/ kb press
knee tucks w/ feet on abs roller
high pulls w/ barbell
opposite toe touches on bosu ball
bent leg deadlifts w/ 25’s
about 30 seconds to 1 minute rest between rounds.

Felt great- even had a guy tell me I look like a “rockstar” and that I’m inspiration for him because I look so good, “not in a fresh way”…. yea he’s like 40-something lol… very nice guy who pretty much loves to compliment me on a monthly basis when he sees me working out.

Walked a bit, ran a mile at 6.9 walked a bit, then ran another mile at 7.1! Them I just did some quick biceps and triceps.
Felt good to get back into the gym!
Might as well get a workout in since it’s been 2 days of no working out.. and I don’t have to be ready until 10am… so here we go!
Woo did I jinx myself! I felt so nauseous from the pills because I only have a protein shake with them and not a full meal- BIG mistake.
Butttttt- I pushed through, and ended up coming in 2nd place by 3 reps. I basically did super shitty my first round because I didn’t want to push myself too hard and end up throwing up. The next 2 rounds I did muchhhh better (in fact, I actually got the top 2 scores of all the rounds and people).
Nonetheless, I’m proud of myself. I didn’t want to bail on the class and once I was there, I certainly didn’t want to sit out of any of the rounds, even though I had the option to. FUCK THAT. I am STRONG. And therefore, I HAVE to push myself. You don’t get any better settling for mediocracy!
Ended up feeling better by the end of class after much burping :)

Intervals on the treadmill for about 20 minutes and about 10 minutes of walking.

We did straight rounds of the circuits— so 5 exercises with a certain number of reps per exercise, then did about 5-6 rounds, with maybe a minute of rest in between each round.
We did cleans to press, rope jacks, 1 arm rows w/ the TRX, squat jumps w/ TRX and reps with the abs wheel.
Definitely a tough circuit since I still tried to get through it quickly. Ended up out of breath during it so I’d say it was pretty damn good!
We ended with 20 second rounds of 3 different abs exercises, repeated 3 times with no breaks in between besides the 2 seconds it took to get to the other mats.

achieved my most recent goal of getting 5 pull ups— woohoo!!! Next goal- 7?? I would say 10 but that’s pushing it ;)
Before the pull ups & push up supersets, I ran walked a bit then ran 2 miles at 6.9 mph, then walked a bit more.

UXF went great. We did a timed circuit this time— 4 freaking times. It included squat w/ wall ball, ball slams, box jumps, rope slams, and tire flips!
The good news is I beasted it! I hauled ass and it felt great. I also got lots of compliments from my other group members and from the Fitness Manager..he said my box jumps looked awesome :)
Super happy with my performance.. sorry for all the gloating, I think I’m on an exercise-high!
