Beasted my workout
Changed it up a bit so that I can challenge myself more with higher weights rather than reps. Here it is:
Back squats: 65 lbs x 10, 75 lbs x 10, 85 lbs x 8, 95 lbs x 6
Deadlifts w/ DB’s: 35’s x 10, 40’s x 10, 40’s x 10, 40’s x 10
Leg Press: #6 x 10, #7 x 10, #8 x 8
Back Extensions: 25 lbs x 10, 25 lbs x 10, 25 lbs x 10
Bicep Curls w/ DB’s: 12.5’s x 10, 15’s x 10, 20’s x 8
Tricep Rope Extensions: 17.5 lbs x 10, 22.5 lbs x 10, 27.5 lbs x 8
3 sets of 15 knee tucks for abs
Stretching & 10 mins in the sauna (oh, how I’ve missed the Sauna- need to start going in after each workout for a few minutes asap!)
*did all 4 set soy squats, then the 4 sets of deadlifts; alternated back and forth for the leg press/back extensions and bicep curls/tricep tope extensions. It’s just easier with the machines and other people around the gym to do the squats and deadlifts all at once.
Felt super strong and I’m extremely happy with my workout! Hope I can walk decently tomorrow ;)
