Kettlebell Demo Review

The demo class was really good- as expected.

We did 1 minute intervals switching back and forth between a 1-arm kettle bell exercise and a cardio movement (jump rope, jumping jacks, or mountain climbers). It was definitely tough because there was very little break within the 40 minute class- more like 15 seconds here, 15 seconds there. 

Definitely regretted doing all the jump rope before the class because I was already a bit tired out. I also ran a 8:30 min. mile beforehand too :)

Overall- great class. If only I could afford to take another SGT— I’d never have to lift or workout by myself; i’d just do SGT 4-5 days a week haha Oh well!

Everyone out there should try a kettle bell class if one is being offered near you!
