Dinner :)

Forgot to take a pic so:

Small serving of whole wheat pasta, with some broccoli and a few small chunks of sausage

Mixed greens salad w/ about a 1/3 of a hard boiled egg (white only), some baby shrimp, carrots, cucumber, and green pepper 

water/CLA capsules

YUM! 

Today was a rest day so I kept the carbs low, but I felt like I needed SOME- hence the whole wheat pasta.
