Tonight’s Cardio-yay!!

Jump Rope to warm up

Ran 2 miles- STRAIGHT…6.5-6.7 mph, so about a 9:15 min. mile 

Walked a bit

3 sets of: Jump rope, 1 min. plank, 20 seated leg tucks, stretching

5 minutes on the bike to cool down

*actually super proud that I ran 2 miles straight- haven’t done that in over a year or two :)
