Warmup: 2 mins. of walking and 1 mile run (yes, you read that correctly- a mile run was my WARM UP! finally easily running a mile- god that feels good to say!)

Why is making a workout schedule so hard!?
having some difficulty over here…SGT will be on wed & fri nights.. so I don’t want to be too sore for the wed. night session, which makes me unsure as to whether I should lift upper or lower the day before.. ugh!

Officially signed up for the Rugged Maniac 5k!!!
Sooo excited!! I’m signed up for the Tri-State (NY/PA/NJ) one on July 14th. My friends and I chose the 9:30am wave so that we don’t die in the heat.
Anyone else signed up for it, for your area’s Rugged Maniac, or any other races for this year!?!

Last night was sooo fun!!!
Went out with several friends, and met up with some more at the bars we went to. Overall, I had a ton of fun with some of my best friends. I do wish a few certain people could make it out with me but there’s always next time. Successfully had a great, drama-free birthday celebration- best one I’ve had in years :)
