kicked buttttt!
We were inside but we still flipped tires, did burpees w/ ball slams, TRX rows and bicep curls, etc. in circuit styles.
Super tough, super fun, and I was very happy with my times!
Next week is our last session, but I’m about 95% sure I am going to sign up for the next session… and the one after that… but ya know :)

Small group training tomorrow--woohooo!
All Jared would tell me was that we were going to flip tires again. Don’t know if I’m more excited for nervous. The tire is 150+ lbs. and a bitchhhh to flip. Makes me feel badass though :)
I have the next 3 days off
and my only plans are going to the gym each day, and breakfast with a friend on Monday morning.

Since I got my heart rate monitor/watch
I’ve been having awesome workouts! I think I am being more conscious of how hard I’m pushing myself and such. In the last 2 weeks I’ve also stepped my up cardio… aka I’ve been doing cardio 5 or so times a week, usually 15-20 minutes worth after each of my strength training workouts, then either a zumba class or interval cardio session on my cardio day, and small group...

Out of work early...
and I think I am going to take a rest day— which would make 6 for the month.
I’ll see if I get bored later, but I’ll be watching the RU Bowl game so probs not :)

Tonight's Workout- Lower/Bi's/Cardio
2 sets of 10 box jumps as a warm up
3 sets of: front squats x 10 and deadlifts x 12
3 sets of: Reverse lunges off a box/step x 10 and leg curl machine x 10
3 sets of: bicep curls x 10
20 minutes on the spin bike w/ an average cadence of 95
Overall, my heart rate monitor/watch told me in about 55 minutes, I burned 550 calories. Very satisfied!

There are the obvious- don’t buy food other than from the grocery store, don’t buy clothes, etc… but if anyone has any other tips, I’d love to hear them :)
